Mount Gibson has adopted a Whistleblower Policy to encourage the reporting of unacceptable behaviour in the workplace. To support the Policy, an independent online reporting platform known as Safe2Say has also been introduced. This platform is hosted externally and enables people to safely and anonymously report unacceptable behaviour. Outside of the Platform, any individual may raise any concerns they may have at any time directly with a Whistleblower Protection Officer as provided under the Whistleblower Policy.
