Mr Kerr is an Australian Chartered Accountant with more than 25 years’ experience in the mining industry in Australia and Canada. He has held senior corporate and finance positions with companies in the gold, uranium and base metals sectors, including Bannerman Resources Limited, Teck Cominco Ltd, and Northern Gold NL. The latter being an ASX-listed company which Peter, as Managing Director, built up from 2002 before it was acquired by Canadian company GBS Gold International Inc via a public takeover offer in 2006. Mr Kerr joined Mount Gibson as Chief Financial Officer in September 2012, and became Chief Executive Officer in October 2018.

Ms Dobson is a highly experienced accountant with over 25 years’ commercial experience in Australia and the UK, including 15 years in the mining sector. Ms Dobson joined Mount Gibson as Group Commercial Manager in May 2013 and was appointed CFO in October 2018.

Mr Stokes was appointed Company Secretary and General Counsel in April 2012. He is a corporate lawyer with a diverse range of mining and governance experience having worked at a corporate and operational level in the energy and resources sector for over 20 years.

Prior to joining Mount Gibson, Mr Stokes was General Counsel and Company Secretary at Gindalbie Metals Limited, Corporate Counsel for Iluka Resources Limited and Resolute Mining Limited. He also worked in private practice for a number of years.

With over 30 years mining, mechanical and military experience, David was appointed GM Koolan Island Operations in 2023, after initially joining the Company at Koolan Island in 2012. David has managed multiple mining and project areas for the Company during this time.

A former newspaper journalist and external relations/communications professional with over 25 years experience in the Australian resources sector, John joined Mount Gibson as Manager Investor and External Relations in March 2012.
