Extension Hill Project
Located in the Mt Gibson Ranges (from which the Company takes it name), 85 kilometres east of Perenjori and 260 east south east of Geraldton, the Extension Hill Hematite deposit has JORC-compliant Probable Reserves of 12.8 million tonnes and Resources of 19.5 million Tonnes.

The Company completed a definitive feasibility study in August 2007, which confirmed that a 3Mtpa hematite mining operation will generate strong financial returns.

Environmental approval has been received and the Mount Gibson board has approved commencement of construction of the project. Total capital expenditure of $83 million will be incurred from Dec 2007 to Dec 2008. First ore shipments are expected in January 2009.
