Mr Rule was appointed Chief Financial Officer on 1 July 2005. He is a chartered accountant with extensive experience in the mining industry in Australia. He held the position of Chief Financial Officer of Western Metals Limited and more recently St Barbara Mines Limited. He has considerable experience in international financing of mining projects and implementation of accounting controls and systems. Mr Rule was previously Finance Director of Asia Iron Holdings Limited. Mr Rule is a Non-Executive Director of Resource Mining Corporation Limited. During the past three years Mr Rule served as a director of Nustar Mining Corporation Limited.

Angela Dent – B.Bus, CPA

Ms Dent consults to a number of public and private companies, as a management accountant and company Secretary. She has experience in financial and management accounting, and statutory requirements, in Australia and South East Asia.

David Quinlivan ,
Chief Executive Officer - Mount Gibson Mining

Mr Quinlivan is a mining engineer and principal of Borden Mining Services. With almost 30 years experience on projects throughout the world, Mr Quinlivan is familiar with all aspects of resources developments from grass roots exploration through to bankable feasibility reviews and detailed mining programs. He recently oversaw (as a project management consultant) the expansion of Perseverance Deeps nickel mine expansion in Western Australia for BHP Billiton. He is currently assisting the Administrators with the operation and corporate reconstruction of Sons of Gwalia Ltd. Mr Quinlivan is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy, Member of the Australian Institute of Arbitrators & Mediators Australia and an Associate of the Securities Institute of Australia . He is also a non-executive director of ASX-listed gold explorer Avoca Resources Ltd and ASX listed oil and gas explorer Jupiter Energy Ltd. Mr Quinlivan is responsible for board performance and bringing technical excellence to Churchill Mining Plc.

Robert Mencel – B.Eng, MBA, MAusIMM

Mr Mencel is a mining engineer with extensive experience developing and operating a wide range of engineering, mining and mineral processing operations. He was previously the Operations Manger responsible for the start-up of Normandy Limited’s Ground Rush gold mine. Mr Mencel has held other senior operational and project management roles with Tenix Projects Pty Ltd, Tenix Defence Pty Ltd, WMC Ltd, Normandy Ltd, North Flinders Mines Ltd, and Glengarry Resources Ltd.

Richard Jordinson
General Manager – Koolan Island Operations

Mr Jordinson is Mining Engineer with 24 years experience in the Gold, Zinc Lead and Nickel operations of the Western Australian Mining Industry. He has a successful track record in the establishment and operation of complex mining operations in the remote Kimberley region of Western Australia. He spent the last 3 years employed by Sally Malay Mining as the Chief Operating Officer responsible for the establishment of mining and processing operations at Sally Malay Nickel Project in the Kimberley and restarting mine production at the Lanfranchi Nickel Mine in the Goldfields of Western Australia and prior to that over 8 years with Western Metals as the General Manager of the Lennard Shelf Operations, a large scale underground mining operation located in the Kimberley, producing Zinc and Lead concentrates for export.

Tom Wang
Marketing Manager

Mr Wang has extensive experience in marketing and business development with Chinese, Australian and international companies and operated from offices in Guangzhou, Shanghai, Beijing and Perth. His iron ore experience started in 1995 when he became a member of the marketing team at Robe River. Mr Wang was the Marketing Manager at Aztec Resources Limited from June 2005, and was appointed as the Marketing Manager for Mount Gibson in January 2007 following the takeover of Aztec by Mount Gibson.
